In the old days, when condensers failed from radiated heat, the heat shield had a purpose. Today the heat shield is an unnecessary decoration because condensers are superior and withstand the heat.

The 1930 radiator shell is unique and made of stainless steel. It is not like / resemble the 1929 radiator shell and it is significantly different than the 1931 shell.

Most engine stoppage issues are due to ignition problems. Look into the float bowl. If it has gasoline, the fuel system is not your problem.

I am 83 & my Victoria has a V8 clutch that is easier to work than the stock clutch. Also, there are 2 options for longer clutch arms.
