Motor is locked up. I cant get it to hand crank. Or clutch is stuck

I pushed starter button a dozen times and the battery lead wire to starter is hot

Okay removed battery switch still nothing. I have 6 volts to starter, ignition switch and ammeter. I have the genesis g3500 hooked up for a trickle charger. When i hit the starter button nothing...

Something I thought was strange yesterday that the battery drained with the battery cutoff. i didn't think that was possible. the connections look clean.

Yea the 30 amp breaker is still tripping. The car was off and the breaker tripped twice. I don't think these cars were run very much for the past 10 years. I guess I'll be learning more about...

I will check the backing plate as well. The wheel stud definately came loose or someone previously tried to change the tire and the wheel stud spun out but it took a chunk out of one of the brake...

The right side hub had score marks where the wheel studs are. Maybe something in the brakes was rubbing on it and there where some metal fillings down by the E brake spring.

Do axles normally...

alright here are the things I've done

1)removed the horn it wouldn't work not connected
2)new battery(shows green light on Genesis charger)
3)replaced alternator with new one
4)cleaned battery...

Okay pulled hubs. Right side all the wheel stubs came undone. Guess they didn't use impacts back then. anyways nothing loose. There is alot of play like 1/8" or more in the axle. if the E-brake...

Alright have a problem with a 31 special delivery. The back right tire locked up at slow speed with no brake on. Did that in reverse as well. I was able to limp home. I drained the differential and...

I got a new altenator but its still running ammeter pinned at start then settles to 20 amps. I keep battery on trickle charger but the alternator still charges it right when i start it. This one...

alright got a chance to check the output of alternator and the highest reading i got was -4.8 . I removed the wires on the back of it and ran the car for 30 minutes with no problems. unfortunately ...

I have removed the horn still have same problem. I have removed the altermator and the problem goes away. Any way to read the voltage coming off it?

Ground cable is attached to trans bolt. I wirewheeled it this am to make sure ground didn't have paint.

The position cable is on the negative battery post
the ground cable is on the positive post

The ammeter is a 20amp one

How many grounds are there?I'll check the schematic
