RA is the surface finish (average roughness), which is really important for MLS gaskets. MLS meaning multi-layer steel.

1937 Banjo Steering Wheel, All Original With NO Cracks

This is about as nice an original banjo wheel as you'll ever find. Never been "restored" or messed with, I removed this from the original car ('37 Deluxe Humpback) which had been sitting in our barn...

Actually, you can. You just click on the "edit" tab, then go to the "advanced" tab, then you can edit anything you want. I've edited a couple of mine as SOLD just in the last couple of days.

Thanks for that suggestion. Heating and cooling parts to mate them is a long practiced good idea, so long as I don't over cook it. That would ruin the flavor. :)

Thanks for the suggestion of compressed air. I would not have thought of that one. I think I'm more nervous now about getting them back on without damaging them. Making a mold would be a lot of work,...
