Not sure how helpful this is since I have a '40. But I am running Diamondback Auburns on the later 42-48 rims. Rear is 7:00x16 and front is 5:50x16. Car is not lowered.

Thank you. That helps a lot.

I also see that my brake line from master cylinder T fitting to driver side brake T fitting is routed wrong. I have it going over the cross brace and not through.

Here is how I did it. I'm not saying it was the best way. But it worked well and did no damage.

I put it in 1st gear, sat in the car, and planned out how far I wanted to twist it to the right....

I did the same thing, my shifter was clocked at about 7 O'clock when I got my Roadster. I bent it to 6 O'clock and now it's perfect.


I did it with the shifter still attached and in the car.
