I used Bob's to rebuild all the gauges in my 34 Buick coupe a number of years ago.
They did do a good job, but they IMO ripped me off with the price. If you use them, be
sure to get a firm quote...

Re: Be safe my Florida brothers
Looks like we dodged the bullet here in St. Augustine. I live about 20 miles west of the

just some fine...

Re: This popped up on YouTube
To the best of my recollection: In the 30's, 40's, and 50's, the oil changing
interval's was recommended every 1,000 miles.
Also I remember the new cam bearings after the 312 c.i, engine came out...

Re: Bleeding Brakes on a 54
IMO: The brakes have been adjusted to where the brake shoes are to tight
against the brake drums, so the brake pedal would not be able to travel much when pressed. with the wheels off the ground,...

Re: Interesting Article - WW2 Ford Variants
I have seen a lot of military vehicles during my military career, but never
like these three. Love um!
Looks like the rear end has chains to the wheels from a single axle.
Thanks for sharing.

Re: rear end suggestions
Don't know if you are looking for fuel economy or low rpm cruise, but your
3.10:1 ratio with the AOD in over drive will be 2.33:1, and in high will be
back to 3.10:1.
Hope this helps.

Thanks to all for explanations.

Re: Ford V8
JFMI- How do you tell the difference?
P.S. I do know one difference, is the 33 grill bezel is thinner (narrower) than the 34.
Thanks
