Just set the timing the Ford way, simple and easy, no special tool(s) needed. Been doing it that way for well over 60 years and never had a problem. No need to waste time watching videos.

You might try a hub puller, they're not made for this purpose, but might work.
If you try one, rotate the assembly while pulling.

If the whole distributor is wobbling, I would suspect that either the distributor body or the opening in the head are worn, or both.

Before installing rings in an engine, always, always, measure and adjust (if needed) the end gap on ALL rings before installing them.
When measuring ring end gap, if it's too small one just files...

Steel washer should be special hardened washer, not your garden variety mild steel one.

If I was going to use the solenoid shut off valve I would put it under the dash, not in the engine compartment.

Model T tools generally start with a T prefix. I assume Model A are the same but don't know for sure.
