Frame sag at the rear motor mounts can cause that. If the
car has float-a-motor mounts the rubber could be bad.

That is a AA trans as it has the mount for the clutch...

You might try mounting the tire with a couple of lug nuts
to give you some leverage and rotate it as you push or pull the wheel.

The trans is from a Model AA but the rear bearing retainer looks
like 1932-39. The parts picture is from Van Pelt's site http://www.vanpeltsales.com/ . The same picture is in the Ford parts books.

If you are asking about this it looks line the counter shaft coming out of the transmission. Need a picture showing more of the transmission to tell for sure.

The short answer is probably not as it's hard to get to the lower shaft because of the spring that hold the oil pump drive gear in place. I had one that was really stuck and I had to make a collet...

The supports are the same, the wheel carrier flange are left and right.

The lock pin for the king pin is the same 1928-48 and I have the blue prints for the Model A axle and the hole is reamed .561-.563,
it's not tapered.

With that spring being down from the cross member so far

The notch in the contact plate and the lower part of the switch
go in a tab in the upper part of the switch. You can see the tab in the picture right above the bolt.

Also make sure the axle and hub tapers are spotless, no grease,oil
or never seize.
