Ha Dees heater

Removed this heater from a 40. I connected to power and found the motor runs fine. leaked checked with air and found none! It's in great cond, the sticker is a tad worn but could be re finished. Will...

Have parts from a 40 I sold that need a new home. Orig air cleaner $25. Distributor, coil, caps, wires & looms. $25. bumper over riders exl cond. nice chrome. $50. one never installed brake drum $10....

Thanks for the info BillM. If I have these heads opened around the plugs does anyone know a machine shop in the s.e. Mich. area that knows flatheads? I know of several good auto engine machine shops...

I know NGK BL-6 or B4-L plugs are what are used with aluminum heads, but there both 7/16 reach. Has anyone tried NGK B6HS their the same heat range as BL-6 and are 1/2 reach. I'm useing new Offy. 400...

Aluminum MCF heads

Motor City Flathead heads very little time on them. Machined surface & combustion chambers like new! No broken fins cracks or stripped threads. As close as you can get to new heads without the $$....
