Thanks for the help. The SLOTTED nuts are a long ways from a metric nylocks nuts that was supplied.

Right now, i would rather be able to buy a part from a vendor that sells new replacement parts that takes a cotter pin and castle nut instead of getting something sorta correct in shape and fits then...

Castle nuts or slotted nut that takes a cotter pin. ? (Or castellated for the technically picky people) not the 42 and up lock nut
