Question Horn

The horn ring on my 47 Ford is loose. It's locked in it's position, but it still jiggles. Sometimes road bumps will cause it to "toot" when it shouldn't.

I think the correct part number may be 78-1462-A or 77-1462-A. Not sure if the square washer shown in the picture is correct and if so, what the part number is for that. Sooner or later I'll find...
