Tudor Rain Gutters

My rain gutters have popped out for about 2 feet behind the windshield.
The tack holes are black and rotted. I'm thinking to remove the rain gutters and plug those holes with a hardwood plug in each...

You would probably have better luck putting new dimples in the plate under the springs. Use a flat washer up from the bottom NOT the one one intended for the 28. Ford changed to the flat washer...

I run them on all my A's with two blade fans, no engine pans. Do they work?

I dip the stems in soapy water and just push them into the tube with my thumbs, edgewise of course. I haven't used any...

In late 1931, ford introduced cast iron drums for front wheels only. I have never heard any comments on them recommending anything other than regular woven linings

I wouldn't attempt to contribute to this technical discussion but Henry Ford essentially "guaranteed" that every Model A Ford would attain a top speed to 65 mph.

I agree with Chicago Bob. Put some more miles on it. Vary the speed and load the rings both under load and against compression.

Don't ever put anything inside your filler pipe. It will build up...
