Re: 1953 Ford 4 door rear vent window weatherstrip

Finished the re-assembly and the Metro Rubber Products WR-3311-R seal fit perfectly. Who would have guessed? Picture of window with seal attached.

Re: 1953 Ford 4 door rear vent window weatherstrip

I think I have great news. On a long shot. I bought the 1949-1951 Mercury 4 door rear vent WR-3311-R seals from Shoebox Central. They are Metro MP made seals. They delivered Saturday. I haven't put...

Re: 1953 Ford 4 door rear vent window weatherstrip

Re: Mercury Monarch Steering Wheel fitment on ford cars

From the photos the Mercury wheel looks very similar to my Ford. Kochs has a Mercury 3 spoke that I think would be a nice add for my Ford. It seems Ford and Mercury shared many part designs. Maybe...

Re: Awful sounding Head rattle on new rebuild

Sorry the album was set to private. It is now public. I am feeling more confident that the problem is not in the bottom end. (Maybe just hopeful) I drained the Brad Penn oil through 3 layers of...
