I don't think they are, but what Brian wants to do with that 6v oval regulator will require that he be careful if staying with 12v. The amps output could burn out the generator if
the 3rd brush...

Sorry about that, 32 Bee. I knew there was a change made at some point but wasn't sure when. It seems more reasonable to have the lights come on when the switch is pulled out.

I am thinking you removed the stats because you have a cooling problem. Have you road tested the car since removing them? Also, put the stats in hot water to see if they are opening all the way. terry
