We all have the same problem with this "new" fuel... it boils at a lower temperature and floods the warm engine. A heat block plate, goes under carb, will help some. Longer carb studs are needed.

you can check for high resistance in those old cables by feeling them after trying to start,if the cables are good and the starter is grounded good she'll crank hot or cold with a good six volt...

Firewall is a sectioned 32, with the legs trimmed, oil filter is remote mount acts as a cooler. I have both stock and hot rods, like em all.
