crank shaft markings
I am going to try and post a picture of this model t crank. From the markings on it, what do we know it might be? It has Ford, a Indiana teep with a F in he upside down V, and perhaps two A's on that...

head gasket
When using a copper head gasket and A "Z" head, aluminum; does the smooth side of the gasket go to the block or against the head? thank you

changing rearend grease
What have you found is the best way to get the old grease out of the rear end? I realize you can not get it all. thank you.

Thank you. I am running a set now from Reds that run under the car. No complaint just looking for a change. I run two 81's. Looking at speedster pictures from NWVspeedsters has started this itch.

I have a 23 Mdoel T with 440/450 21" tires. I need to buy two black walls, bian ply, no nylon. I haven't bought lately and am in sticker shock. Where have you found the best prices for bias tires?

I only put about 1000 miles each year on the car; but I was more concerned about tires out of round, generally more issues with Lucas than others.
