40 pickup radiator mounting

I was wondering if someone can tell me or show me how the radiator on a 40 pickup mounts. I know there are two bolts and springs at the bottom but what about the top. I ask beacuse I had a car radiator of uknown year (I thought a 40) modified to accept the lower metal hoses, and now I don't remember what the top mounting was like. Thanks.

Two braces, one on each side of the radiator that attach to the inner fenders. http://www.bobdrake.com/ItemForm.aspx?Item=91A-8046

The pickups I've found (whether its right or wrong) had the rad tabs sit on pads on the frame, the springs on top with the castle nuts on top.

That's how it should be. The pads are quite thin. The springs are there to allow a little "give" on very twisty roads and severe jarring bumps.

Mart.
