Crank Hole
 

My crank hole in the radiator shell and the guide doesn't line up with the front pulley. Not sure where to start trying to make everything line up. Antone run across this problem?

A common issue. I would start with trying to adjust the front motor mount by tightening the nut to bring it down or loosening it to bring it up. Thats if you have a stock mount with correct parts.

Also check the rear motor mounts.

I just sort of went through that situation. I installed a reproduction radiator shell and found the crank wouldn’t fit. The hole in the shell was slightly too high. I had another crank with a smaller diameter shaft, now it fits fine.
