Sliding Lock Rivet Nuts

I need to find the 10-32 rivet nut inserts on the inner door panel that the screws for the sliding lock assembly screw into. Would anyone have any ideas or suggestions? The modern 10-32 rivet nuts are too small in diameter to fit securely in the holes in the panel.

Use washers, 2 ea, one under the head one on the back side?
