You don't have to post new each time, just type something like BTT on you old post to take it Back To the Top. Did you try the suggestion about the steering wheel pushing hard against the column lock? Try wiggling the wheel back and forth which turning the key. And take it easy as these keys break off easily.

Saw the other post answer, see how confusing this gets with multiple post on the same subject!! There are several Lock Smiths on this site, but it is Mother's Day weekend so may take a while for them to respond.

Wiggle the wheel back and forth as you try to turn the key.

Make sure the key is all the way into the lock. Jiggle the wheel as others have suggested

have tried wiggling,jiggling and forcing still no luck any other thoughts
