Could really use a 33-34 ford crossmember for my passenger car frame. Are the pickup crossmembers pretty much the same ? Radiator tabs the same ?

Yes, pickup cross-members and rad mounts are the same. Big trucks are different,

1933 and 1934 are different 1934 is mucher stronger than the 1933
