Re: 1939 radio cover for dash
Hi are you looking for the radio delete plate for a '39 Deluxe Ford dash? If so I have one. It is seven inches long, one and three eights wide, has four raised chrome stripes on the front, three brown painted stripes separating the chrome stripes, and six metal tabs on the back to fasten it into the dash. If interested please call me at 802-869-2688 before 11:00 PM EST or e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll give you a better description.
Thanks, Toby Lampert |

That's not for a '39 Ford - '40 perhaps.

I still have the 39 radio delete plate sitting on my computer table. When we talked last week I thought you were going to call me back. The condition of the piece I have is really pretty good. For a driver I would simply polish it up a bit and repaint the three brown contrasting stripes. For a show car I might get this thing replated. In either case I thought my price was very reasonable. Answer here, call 802-869-2688, or e-mail [email protected] Thanks, Toby |

Re: 1939 radio cover for dash
Hi Mike,
Did you find a radio delete plate for your 39 yet? I checked through all of my reference material and found a picture of a 39 Standard interior and this part is the same. It is used both in Deluxe and Standard models. I think my price of $15 is very reasonable. Please let me know. Thanks, Toby |
