Who does everyone use for shipping? BLUE line Freight (Fastenal doesn't ship from east zone to West). I found a transmission in Tennessee. Wondering what is the best method of getting it to Colorado. Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

VanPelt uses UPS for transmissions. Your box or his. Kind of spendy, but they also aren't lightweight. Make sure you are getting a good deal on the tranny.

I shipped one last year for around $90. Built a strong wood crate around it.

Awesome. I didn't realize that UPS would ship anything that heavy. I will definitely check that out. Should be easy enough.

My transmission crate has wood handles. It makes it easy to pick it up. The shift tower has to be shipped separate but it doesn't always have to go with a transmission. Side shifters don't have to worry about that.
