1936 Fordor Touring Sedan rear seat mounting

I am restoring a 1936 Fordor Touring Sedan and am at the stage of installing new rear seat. Can someone assist in helping me understand how the rear seat back springs attach to the body? I have two brackets similar to these in the photo but am not sure how it mounts to the seat back springs?
