I have just completed the rebuild of a '34 V8 transmission with correct gears and top. The rebuild consists of a NORS 28T cluster, NOS Ford 2nd gear, synchro hub and sleeve with a very good used 16T input shaft, low/reverse slider and main shaft. I use USA ball bearings and thrust washers. The top is rebuilt w/ NOS forks. The case and top are bead blasted inside and out, finished w/ Gyptol enamel inside and metal protectant on the outside.
