Vintage Firestone? Balloon Air Wheels

I have this set of 5 wheels that I bought in the 1980's. I was told that they are Firestone balloon air wheels but I'm not sure if that is correct.
Any constructive info would help.
2 of the rings are not attached and 1 is missing.
They are 5-1/2" bolt pattern and take a 15" tire.
6-1/8" wide outside and 5" wide inside.
