I have a Y block bell and a 3sp. truck trans, also 3sp car trans. let me see what the bell bolt pattern will fit, it may be a few days before I unload my trailer, just got home from a 3 day show/swap meet, everthing is still packed, and i'm tired. I will check and let you know. Ken in Va.

I did measure the bell tonight and I have a car bell, much smaller bolt pattern than a truck. The truck is 8-1/2 top and bottom, 7-1/4 both sides. car is 7-1/4 both sides but 5-1/4 top and 6-1/4 bottom all measurements are center to center on the bolt holes. This may help other's that are looking at bell housings.
