Default Question of engine mounts

I was working on the 34 today and was lining up the flattie

Any how I got the mounts from speedway as they said they were the same as the factory mounts

Maybe it's me but the speedway mounts don't seem to line up with the bolts in the frame so great

This is my first go round on an old ford and on the older ch**y's the mounts have a washer that centers the bolt in the mounts

So my question is two parts

What is the mounting distance bolt hole center to center on the front water pump mounts

Is there a vendor that makes an orginal mount that centers the mounting bolts in the holes

If you look at my three month 33 survivor thread, I made some spacers, each with a 1/2" offset. The motor mounts have 20" centres, and the crossmember has 19" centres. The spacers are just over 2" tall, about 2-1/8".

Marts spacers certainly look good. There were "U" shaped spacers originally used on some Mercury's that will also work. These spacers are commercially available today from Speedway, Bob Drake, and other suppliers.
