Default 38 Standard Tudor rear side window removal

Would anyone have any information on how to remove the rear passenger and driver side glass at the back seat?
They are roll up windows, and I have no idea how to get to the glass channel at the regulator. Changing the door glass was a breeze. Is there any written instruction for this?

Someone just asked about installing Tudor rear windows, and I posted steps I took to do that on a '37. Removal is pretty much the reverse order. And I think your '38 is the same. See post #8 in this thread: www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=338156
