When I posted pictures from Photobucket onto Shelly's Fordbarn if I then went to Photobucket and deleted that picture the picture could no longer be seen on Fordbarn. Will the same thing happen with this new Fordbarn?

no because to get them from photobucket to here they have to be put on your hardrive first. i asked this question and so far there is no way to go directly from photobucket to this site. ck in the questions and comments forum and you will see my posts there

I think they will because you cut/paste a direct link into the message. You can go to the TEST forum and try it, and anything else you want to try about posting on fordbarn. Scroll down below "to the editors" from the orange top bar "The Forums" link and try it. Or, direct link here: http://69.61.21.195/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=13

Tom, yes, if you delete the picture from Photobucket it will no longer show up here.

OK, thanks. I wonder why I can post a picture from my computor then and go offline and it still shows up for other people. I thought maybe all pictures once posted here were held in storage on this site.

No matter where you post those photo on the interent they will stay unless you move or delete them from Photobucket. They are being hosted on the Photobucket site, not here on FB.

No they don't, that's what makes Photobucket so easy to use.

That is the best way to go, directly from Photobucket to here.

All you need to do is copy and paste the last tag under the photo titled
IMG Tag
into the white text box here. Simple as that.

You should also know that if you post out of photo bucket you can some how be back hacked or have your photo bucket account viewed in its entirety by others, I would strongly recommend that you do not put any thing in your photo bucket account that you would not want to share with the whole planet when you post from your PB account to any where else.

You can make your photobucket public or private viewing. I have one for each. You can also set it so that no one can copy your photos from Photobucket BUT just like anywhere else once you post those photos somewhere they are fair game.

Yeah photobucket used to let you mark folders private and/or public. You could mix and match. Now it's the whole acct. so I did the same as Denise and created a second folder for private.
