Default Dashboard circuit breaker

I have a 1941 pickup with the under dash wiring all cut up and I want to put a new wire harness in so that I don't have all these aftermarket gauges mounted under the dash. The truck was converted to 12volt and I have a circuit breaker or I think that is what it is wired in for the dash. Will I need that breaker there with a new harness? I may have to use a voltage reducer for the gauges if I cannot find 12volt gauges. Any thoughts from anyone on this.
Thanks again for the help.

It may bea voltage reducers. You’ll have to give more info and a couple of pictures to get some help

For the gauges, use the Ford instrument voltage drop that was used starting 1957. And yes, a picture will help us in iding what you have.
