I would think any good upholstery shop would do it. you'd be only paying for the labor.actually if it's only seats you can do it yourself. Hog rings, pull tight and keep everything straight.

Back in the day they had a list of approved installers but do not know who they were . Maybe someone on here will know of someone in your area that was on it. kx
