Default flathead volume chart

Someone posted a chart of volume of the stock heads a while back. I can't find it. I would appreciate it if anyone has it handy or a link to it would post it. Thanks.

I have an 8rt at the machine shop. Hope to go to 3.375 and I have a Mercury 4" crank. Looks like 286 ci.

So, from the above, can I assume some head gaskets crush to ).030" and some to 0.050"
Can someone give us more details? I will at some point have to check clearances, but don't have any old / used head gaskets.
I have bought 59a Best gaskets. What would be their torqued thickness
(nominal)
