Yep, Mike just gave good accurate information. Shortly after joining our Model A club, one of the members mentioned that he'd removed the head nut for the clamp and left it off overnight while he worked on the distributor. He didn't realize the coolant had gone into the oil, and he wiped out his brand new babbit job.

I'm sorry that my posts caused hard feelings. 99% of the time I look at the forum at work between repair calls so I often do not have a lot a time for drawn out answers with additional information and I can see where it appears that they are smart ass answers.

As a matter of fact I'm about to lie down for a nap before I'm off to work.
