Default Cowl light: 6 vDC voltage, no current

In troubleshooting my inoperative 6v positive ground right cowl light I found this that may help someone, sometime: voltage at bulb but no current. Baffling!

6 volts DC at the bulb wire terminal, but good bulbs wouldn’t light with good positive ground to bulb metal shell. Finally traced it back to bullet splice connector inside the right side of cab (kick panel area). Bulb in line with wire from switch to ground lights.

Removed and cleaned connector (will replace them all now) with fine spiral wire brush and lights work.

Just thought it might help someone save an head scratching 1/2 hour chasing gremlins like I did.
