This is the host that I use. Pretty simple. You have to register first off; but its free. Browse your files for a pic, Enter it and select the correct size format. Copy that selection and paste it on the forum thred. Done. It also gives you size selections for avatars, emails and other wired stuff but you needn't worry about that stuff. Itll take a few tries to master it. Been using it for years... ws

Maybe the people don't know that you can click on the picture and a larger picture shows up. Clicking on the thumbnail, twice, gives the biggest picture,
