Default engine mounts torque

what is the appropriate torque for front engine mount bolts 85 HP engine. I'm guessing the biscuit is designed to give a little

Just tighten it down until it's snug and the cotter pin fits. No specific torque.
You don't want to "squish" or crush the rubber mount. This is an 8BA but, same technique applies.

If you have the proper bolt, washer and nut, bring the slotted nut down far enough to engage it with a cotter pin.
