The wheels in the post by George/Maine look like chrome plated Chevy type rally wheels from the late 60's and early 70's with chrome Chevy S-10 type center caps.

Beautiful car! I'm still not finished my OT car and then it's on to my '32 5W or my beautiful '56 Meteor Rideu Victoria. Just love the body style. Every time I see one the '32 gets bushed back in my mind. However, the '32 is stubborn.

That's what I was thinking. There is (was) a company that offered those (and differing) styled wheels by using CHEV centers stamped with the FORD bolt pattern. They also offered specialty center caps.
