1931 Budd Cab Wide Bed Pickup

I recently Purchased a 31 Budd Cab Wide Bed Pickup and I have the following questions. I hope you can help me.
1. I believe they came out in August 1931. True or False
2. Does any one have a number of how many were made?
3. I am missing the front top support bracket, approx. 46 inches side to side, any one know of one for sale?
4. The engine turns over so it should run.

Thanks for the help. I am anxious to get this one back on the road.
