Default Can Anyone Identify What Year This Grease Gun is From

Can Anyone Identify What Year This Grease Gun is From. It was found in a tool bag in a 1934 Ford, but it could have been replaced some years later. Its diameter is 1-3/4" and will work on a snap type grease fitting as I believe 1934 is the first year for snap type fittings. Thank you all who respond. Bill

The transition from tapered grease fittings to the nipple variety took place gradually during the course of the '33 model year and preceded the change in grease guns included in the tool kits that came with the cars when new by more than a year.
