Default 40/41 pickup bed spare tire location

Trying to determine the location of the spare tire mount. Anyone have specifics on stock location. Angle of carrier to top of bed? Angle of "triangle or V at top of carrier" in accordance to stake post (see last two pics)? Location of carrier to bed side? Any measurements would be great. Also I am assuming stock was to have it welded correct? Thanks.

Bolt it to a stock tire and wheel. Then sit it on the running board.

Makes sense. Just slightly above resting on running board I imagine.
