Default C6 trans ID, Decode a number or a link PLS.

I have a c6, code # is E7TP 7006 CA, has 65 stamped into it, I need a source for the decoding of the year on it so I can fit it with an adjustable modulator, Is this a 1977 or 1987 or am I off in my reading it it, thanks in advance for any help, Frank.

Whatever part has the number beginning with E7 was a part intended for an 87 vehicle
Part numbers beginning with B were 50's, C 60's, D 70's etc.
