I did that once back in 55, put a 49 F6 v8 in a perfectly good 31 coupe which I regretted then changed everything back to A in 59 and drove it from TN to FL and back.

Did you guys read the thread in the link? He is not mod'in it. But rather preserving a fine model A and doing a dang fine job.

i liked it right up until he got that moron idea about 'hydraulic brakes being better' (thankfully he stayed mechanical) and lowered it. Don't need to lower it that far, jsut a little bit, but i might be biased.
