Default Tack Rail Parts

At the risk of sounding like a cheap skate, I was wondering if anyone knows of or has themselves reproduced the corner pieces of the Model A tack rail wood set ? Both suppliers sell the five pc kit but wow its 264 dollars. Seems like a good wood worker could make those corners. Obviously I need both left and right. Thanks for any leads. Also (stupid question as I should know) what is the recommended tire pressure for 21 inch tires ?

I also have pondered those corner pieces, I need both also.

If I can find drawings or dimensions I know I can make them.

The time involved may be a bunch though, and if you are short on time it may be better to just buy.
