Original Deck Door (Trunk) Lower Guides...
Do the original Deck Door (trunk) Lower Guides "wedges" have the FORD Part Number on the back of them?
They were A-41516 (28-29) and A-41516-B (30-31). Supposedly there were two different sizes but I do not know by "how" or "where" they were different. Anyone? Thanks. Pluck |

Re: Original Deck Door (Trunk) Lower Guides...
I don't know about a part number as I haven't had any for about 40 years. As far as the difference, again it's the thickness due the '28-29 models having the extra lip (T moulding) that they must protrude past. Other than that I believe they are the same half-round shape.

Marco and Pluck, are you referring to the semi-round pill that shows in the lower left corner of Jim Sinclair's photo, next to the rubber bumper?
