Canada Day Plans
Hello Barners, July 1st is Canada's 150'th Birthday.
I am starting this post to see what my Fellow Canadians will be doing with their Model A's to mark this historic day in Canadian history. I will be on tour, starting tonight, with the Durant Club, and Heritage 35 group. All cars in attendace will be 1935 and older. All makes Welcome. I have been privileged to take part with this annual tour for a number of years now. The camper is already set up at the camp site. We have Durant owners that live in the U.S. that make the annual pilgrimage north to join in on the festivities. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Canada Day holiday. Get out and drive them cars. All the best. Jeff Here is a picture from the past to give an idea of the cars in attendance.

Taking the trailer full of grand kids camping, and will probably bring the coupe along for the usual rumble seat ride for ice cream. Happy Birthday Canada!
I am still older than that flag. |

Re: Canada Day Plans
Being in the nations capital, I usually join up with a couple of Model A buddies and tour the aviation parkway and the eastern portion of Ottawa with our Canadian flags attached. Wont be able to get very close to the hill this year.
lots of fun and Tim Hortons will keep us cozy if the rain gets too heavy |

Re: Canada Day Plans
2 years ago we had 15 or so cars from our club drive to Whitehorse and we're in the parade.

Re: Canada Day Plans
Out and touring today.
The yellow 1922 Durant made its maiden voyage today. 60 miles round trip. This car has not been on the since before WW2. Every one had a great day. (And, Yes, that is a Studebaker on the right hand side. . Jeff
