Default Ford/Curtis key blank question?

I think I know the answer, but want to conform it. My Curtis key book lists a H-4 for the door/glovebox for a 46-48 Ford car. Was that number replaced by the later H-5 blank? I think it is a Ilco 1125? blank. It's been a while since I've used my Curtis #14 cutter and want to use the correct blank.

I use H5 or Ilco 1125H. All the old blanks aren't available now.

On my 47 the key for the door and ignition is a Ilco 1125F and seems to work fine.

Barry,
I have enclosed a picture of standard Hurd blanks with their corresponding Curtis (H code) and ILCO (1125 series codes) written as notes. Also be aware that the H series are backwardly compatible blanks (from H11 back to H2) for cutting on your Mod #14 cutter (uses the H carriage for all; NH depth cutter for all after 1936, FH, FJ, FK codes forward; HCZ depth cutter for all before 1936, FB, FC, FD). You can sometimes still find these old obsolete blanks at old locksmith shops. I pick them up every time I see them. I have them available for purchase as well. Also going to be at the Charlotte AutoFair this next week for lock/key consultation and sales. Look me up if you are coming, Blue Field space BBB-093. Hope this helps.
Regards,
John McClure

Thanks to all for confirming this, especially John. CRS is a terrible thing. I guess I stuffed my head too full of Ford part numbers back in the day, and it's all I remember!
