Default Inocuous tail light screw question

Howdy,
I have a simple question that I could not find a thread for. Are there lockwashers under the two screws that hold the tail light assembly to the fender bracket or just straight round head screw? I've seen nice cars both ways. 31 Rdstr.

I believe there are lock washers. At least on the originals I have disassembled.
