Thank you Jim for your kind note. Yes, the lowering of the ball-end of the wishbone has to change the caster angle. In POST #5 of our original thread on the "T5 W/Torque Tube" thread (link BELOW), I noted that I had calculated the castor to have changed 1.5º more positive, and I'll take more positive any day. DD

I recall prowling a junk patch and found a ball joint right size cut the lower housing loose

My 39 peekup had simillar wear and damage. I think I had posted pictures and the repair using a donor wishbone center support about april 2011.

I removed the rivets and worn out center support and used bolts to install the donor support.
