it looks very much like the continental v 12's used in some of our Korean era tanks. jay leno has one in a roadster. i had 50 of em! all stuck, got 750 each in scrap

If that is a Continental, it will be 1790 ci (5.75 x 5.75). When in the Army, as a mechanic, I went to track vehicle school at Ft Benning, GA. The ones I worked on were in the M60 tanks and were all diesels (750 hp/1710 tq) but, the M88, tank retriever, used a gas version of it, that had fuel injection & twin turbo's that put out 1080 hp with close to 2000 tq. Although I didn't work on them, the earlier M47 & M48's had a NA 810/825 hp - 1560/1670 tq gas engines. All gas engines ran at 2800 rpm and diesels 2400.
I loved that part of my service.
