30-31 roadster

I'd like to find a 1930 or 31 roadster to work on. I'm hoping to find a mostly complete car that doesn't run. My budget isn't huge so I know I can't afford a restored car, but I hoping I can find a decent complete car that is in need of some (or a lot of) work. Closer to the Pacific Northwest is better, but I'd consider anything. Thanks.
